With spring on the way the course really looking good. The changes to the 8th make it a real challenge. Greens were putting true and held well. Found the 3rd, 10th,12th,13th and 15th great golf holes. Nice friendly welcome and halfway nice with helpful quick service!
Fairways are good-keep your drives straight as the rough is terrible on certain holes. Play percentage.The greens played well and in good nick. Water hazrads do provide a challenge. Long walk to the 10th, didn't enjoy that. Good facilities. Average food at halfway.
Kempton Park is a beautiful, challenging golf course. Kempton is a true championship course and with the upgrades they are currently performing, the course will hopefully become a future home of the South African Airways Open and hopefully it will be a regular host of events on the Sunshine Tour
