No atmosphere or structure. Too many people (golf ball entrepreneurs) browsing around on the course bothering players. A lady was driving around with children on a golf cart being rude to players. She did not seem to be the marshall though (and never introduced herself either!), so what was she doing there? Whoever she was, a course in people skills would be appropriate and beneficial! She did not do the club's name any good.

The proshop staff are useless and uninformed. I phoned them to make a booking and requered a price. Upon arrival they told me they gave me the wrong price. They did not even apologised. Typical Wolmer attitude. I wrote a complaint to the management. Also no response. Next time I'll rather play pretoria west as they have better facilities and a better course. AKASIA WORD WAKKER. You are there to provide a service and not to be served. Neither of my 2 fourballs will play there again and as I have heard a lot of people are not impressed by the attitude of the proshop.

Decent course. The only problem I have with the course is that when it rains the whole place gets flooded. I would suggest wearing gum boots.

Not the best course in Gauteng, but still enjoyable. The layout is challenging and keeps you thinking the whole way. The greens are in a very good condition, but have lots of slopes which makes them challenging. the course is a nightmare when it has rained recently. Drainage of the course is the worst I've seen. A good value for money course, but I'll rather play other courses in Gauteng. Clubhouse and Proshop is outdated and needs a revamp desperately. Food was not great, but at least it was cheap.

2 very different 9's - the front (old part of the course) is narrow, with heavy rough - the back 9 is much more open, alot longer, but with little rough. Enjoyable course. They've certainly improved the halfwayhouse in recent months.

PARADIS GOLF CLUB

Part of the Beachcomber group, nestled between Le Morne Mountain and the Indian Ocean, on a private peninsula at the ultamate South-Westerly tip of Mauritius. The course offers two different landscapes as one moves from a scenery of lush vegetation to a stunning view on the ocean.....
