OUT OF BOUNDS All boundary fences or white markers.
WATER HAZARDS AND LATERAL WATER HAZARDS Yellow stakes or paint denotes water hazards. Red stakes or paint denotes lateral water hazards.
IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS All structures and equipment relating to the watering systems, water taps, drinking fountains and any bridges which lie outside the margin of the hazard which they cross are immovable obstructions.
YOUNG TREES (STAKED) A ball must be dropped without penalty, within 2 club lengths - not nearer the hole, from all newly planted (staked) trees if interfering with your swing.
TREE BASINS A ball may be dropped without penalty, within 2 club lengths - not nearer the hole, from all man-made tree basins.
ROADS AND PATHWAYS A ball coming to rest on the tarred entrance road, brick paving, sleeper pathways, the road between the 1st and the 11th holes, between the 3rd and the 9th holes and to the left of the 10th hole, may be dropped at the nearest point of relief without penalty, not nearer the hole. To avoid any embarrassment PLEASE ensure that you adhere to dress code on and off the course.
